Thanks for this post. Vaping and marijuana are probably two of the most controversial in medicine. Vaping… hmmm… when I saw the words “CBD” and vaping, I immediately thought of bongs filling up with smoke and weed. So is CBD a derivative of THC? I think CBD is getting the recognition it deserves just like medically prescribed marijuana. I’m so pleased that I came across your article. Since lockdown started here in the UK in March, I started exercising a lot more at home, and I felt that I over did it a bit. Then our restrictions were eased, but on Thursday we are going back in to full lockdown again. So if I exercise, I know that I am going to get muscle tenderness, but I know how to counteract that with CBD now.

The best to prevent it is of course not to over doing every activities for a long hours. Learn to give yourself a break and rest in between. But how many people can keep their mind so conscious for every moment throughout their day? We tend to get carry away easily while we are in the activities.
