Migraines Are Headaches:

These all can be considered headaches and be very painful at times and may even put you down at times meaning that you may not want to do anything get you in bad moods for no reason.
If left untreated this can cause some serious pain, also lead to more drastic things like driving you crazy because your migraine will simply not go away.
All of these Headaches can be hard to distinguish between and make things seem complicated, but you don’t have to think too hard about it and get another Migraine.

Other Things That Can Also Help:
Exercising -This can help with the tension that you may feel from migraines too much stress or even anything that you may experience as stress. We have to make changes that we may not like but if it happens to help then stay doing that thing you do to receive it.
No matter how you relieve stress it may help you, in the long run, get a routine going on and stick to it and make it work.
You can have a schedule going on in the morning or the afternoon or before you go to bed you choose and take it little at a time.
You can wake up and stretch out and,
- Put your hands to the side of you and raise them to shoulder-length do little circles and count to 25 after 25 counts then spin the opposite direction for another 25. Then put them straight in front of you and repeat the same circular motion until finished.
- Then you can either do dumbbells and at the low weight the focus it to stretch out and not lift heavy. So you want to grab them and put your feet together and do ten to fifteen reps on each arm.
- You can even do leg stretches and make your calf relax and arms so that your shoulders will not get that much tension in them unless you’re always having pain.
Again this is only to relieve some stress before it builds up then you can go do your day or even when you come home then sit on the couch and use them CBD Products that are helpful.

- Diarrhea- your body gets stressed out from all of this and don’t know what to do but break things down the food in stomach faster body on overtime.
And if bad enough you can experience vomiting and nausea and through these bad, enough headaches/Migraines these can get pretty bad.
Why Do They Hurt:
The chemical (serotonin) is the cause of this, the brain cells trigger this in the head chemical serotonin is the communication source for the nerves in the brain this has everything to do with the blood vessels and they start to narrow throughout the whole body.
This can happen in both sexes as well but then you have estrogen in women to and that can affect this and trigger the chemical in the brain cells. This can be intense pain if you do not pay attention to what it is caused from!
Dr. John Hopkins again says “older theories say that symptoms are due to fluctuation in blood flow to the brain”.
The number one thing that you can do is DRINK WATER and drink some more you should have up to eight glasses a day and that should keep you hydrated.
This has been a headache thinking of all the things I can eat and can’t eat well you can but just try to remember if you get a headache trying to distinguish the difference of headaches.
These headaches can move from place to place and can vary from where it’s but they do hurt.
I myself suffer from this and have been to the doctor and head said it was due to stress and, I have had this for a year already and it comes from month to month.

Your post and it’s definitely helpful. Especially right now because my husband is trying to stop smoking and drinking Monster drinks which is a type of energy drink. So he switches to vaping and drinking coffee to a kind of help with his needs to nicotine and caffeine. He works a 12 hours shift job, so he definitely needs it. However, these days he has been experiencing a headache. I thought it is because of the withdrawal from the energy drinks.
