CBD:
Known as cannabidiol, this natural plant is widely known, just as well as THC tetrahydrocannabinol, they are extracted for the same reasons, their medical properties. Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-epileptic, Cancer.
For years they have been researching what CBD/THC, can do for you and more and more studies show promise on children, teens, adults, and seniors.
However, studies show effects on CBD and sleep, a 10-year-old girl in 2012 was diagnosed with, posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) from being sexually abused. She had insomnia, anxiety, outburst in school, grandmother consented after medication did not work, except melatonin and CBD.
In 2015, 6 mg to 12 mg of CBD sublingual spray, was given every night right before bedtime, an increase of sleep and a decrease of anxiety after 5 months; was noted by doctors.
Studies show that anxiety provokes sleep disorders, after traumatic experiences.
Melatonin:
Your own body produces melatonin it is a hormone, that releases melatonin in your body and interacts with the time of the day.
It regulates night and day cycles, or sleep-wake cycles.
When it is time for bed your body starts producing the melatonin hormone, and when the sun hits your eyes in the morning your brain tells your body to stop producing melatonin so you can wake up. Makes other medications less effective such as heart meds, high blood pressure meds, birth control,
This is what makes you sleepy at night, and is what wakes you up in the morning. Sad to say, it does decrease with your age. Melatonin also comes in a pill, that your doctor can prescribe to you if you have a sleep disorder, or get at your local grocery store.
Getting help, with a better night’s rest is mostly what this is for. Facts, Melatonin can be used to treat delayed sleep phase, Insomnia, jet-leg, Shift work Disorder, and sleep disorders in children.
This supplement is meant to be used for short-term use, and if long-term, this must be done by a licensed doctor, and with doses that are prescribed to you. Long-term effects can result in bad night terrors and or grogginess.
We will see if you can take CBD with melatonin and get a better nights rest?
Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS):
This will be your internal clock that ticks inside you called (Circadian rhythm), which means your sleep pattern or schedule will be delayed about 2 hours or more, beyond conventional bedtimes.
Resulting in sleeping throughout the day, in school, or at work, how do you know if you got DSPS?
When your internal clock can not tell you to wake up in the morning when it’s time to rise and shine for the day.
Also called sleep-wake-phase, an example; person falls asleep; 10 pm to 6 am, with no problem, a person with DSPS, can’t go to bed until 2 am, or 6 am and has trouble being awake, during the day.
Sleep disorders, and anxiety, are often results of posttraumatic stress disorders, this can be scary to think about.
By using high doses of CBD with quality vendors, it can help reduce anxiety to help promote better sleep, no sleep relates to stress and anxiety.
CBD promotes great potential from studies done by scientists, they have a handful to say,

Shift Work-Sleep Disorder (SWSD):
These are people who work early bird hours, late-night shifts, or take over shifts for workers, having this change added to your agenda ruins your body clock called the (circadian rhythm)or routine.
This is like a time chain belt on a car, if it starts giving out it will give you problems, the same thing with your Circadian rhythm

these stem off of working long excessive hours or irregular hours
Waking up in bad moods, being confused about what days are what?
Common symptoms of SWSD and insomnia include Excessive sleepiness. Studies show an estimated 10% to 40% of shift workers suffer from SWSD who work graveyard shifts according to Cleveland clinic. If you experience any of these types of symptoms, consult with your doctor to treat yourself at once.

Sleep Disorders In Children?

Restless sleep syndrome has been tied with restless leg syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea, studies with (RSD) restless sleep disorder, need to be more looked at when dealing with (ADHD) in children.
According to APA Psyc articles, children with sleep disorders can be classified into two major categories one Dyssomnias; which results in disorders that have difficulty maintaining sleep or involve excessive sleeping.
Two Parasomnias; are disorders that disrupt sleep after the first initiation, but results were noted, no complaints of insomnia, or excessive sleepiness.
Can lead to suicide deaths in adolescent youth, and disobedience with bipolar disorders are at risk..
There is still not enough evidence on children’s sleep disorders.
Does CBD & Melatonin Work?
We can say that High-quality-CBD will solely depend on the vendor, and how good it can work for you, and melatonin is already in pill form, gummies, and liquid, there are combinations of different alternatives to taking melatonin. We know this will interact with your real melatonin hormone, to help promote a better night’s rest.
The legalization of cannabis and cannabinoid products containing soporific effects leads us to the potential therapeutic effects in managing sleep disorders. there are clinical trials that need to be assessed more to have researchers dive into seeing what the right dosage is, and how efficient is it.
There is just not enough evidence to support claims that CBD does connect with sleep; while THC its cousin acts like a sedative and can induce sleepiness and drowsiness.
THC acts with cannabinoid receptors in your brain that control your (cerebral cortex) sensory movement, perception this is entered through the bloodstream.
CBD still has to undergo more studying to fully understand the potential of the effects it has on sleep, until then using melatonin to help promote better sleep is quite alright.
Last Words:
In these 4 facts about Melatonin, it does indeed help and combined with the hormone melatonin in your own body, it will let you get a real night’s sleep.
By taking both CBD and melatonin it will help but consult with a doctor before doing this if you take other medications.
We are not a doctor in a way or licensed to claim that you can induce these two ingredients and you will be cured, this will not cure you in any way shape, or form if you have sleep disorders., This is to find different alternatives to sleeping and speaking facts on Melatonin and CBD.
By taking both of these if you do not take other medications can work together in letting you get longer sleep at night and not waking up and not being able to fall back asleep.
You can get both of these anywhere, but we have done the research for you all; with CBD booming, and can find it on any corner.
Do you know what they actually put in that CBD bottle?
Does it actually work for you, or is it a placebo?
Well, we have the perfect CBD that you can use that has been Third-party tested, and with nothing but good reviews, the people love it and are asking us to speak about it.

I never realised how effective melatonin is combined with CBD. While I don’t normally have a sleep problem it’s good to know of an effective remedy. I agree, night shift workers commonly suffer sleep pattern issues. CBD and melatonin could help reset the brain. Also, post traumatic stress could be helped with a combination of these two powerful supplements. Thanks for sharing:)
Hey guys, I think you have a great article, and what I like most, is that it comes across that you have done a fair amount of research. I have my reservations however it’s more due to my ignorance on the subject rather than facts. Great post!.
Tania,
Hi there we are glad to see that you posted on our website, the facts speak for themselves and if you ignore everything then you may not know the real facts of what it potentially does for your body.
Cheers,
MnD
Getting a good night’s sleep is so important for our overall mental, emotional, and physical health, that I think it is important to pursue all options available if we are sleep deprived.
Being a shift worker is very challenging for people, and especially if they have to adapt to a different routine on a regular basis. So anything we can take as the melatonin and CBD combined, that helps us get a good night’s sleep is going to benefit our long-term health as well as our daily moods.
Thanks for the information… I didn’t know this combination was available.

Thanks for the 20% discount voucher. Unfortunately, I am living in South East Asia at the moment and they are not as open yet to using these products as many in the US and other more progressive countries are. The laws are often not so clear of what is ‘legal’ and what isn’t, so I’ll need to do some further research to find out what I can legally import and the best way to ship it.
However, I have some friends in the States who will benefit from these products for a good night’s sleep. I will forward this article to them, and they will be happy to be able to save 20% on their purchases.
Thanks for sharing.
Andrew,
Hi there, we are sad to hear that you live in a country that does not allow CBD and this is going to change in the future soon. And if not we do hope that others find alternatives to pain and other urging health conditions.
We will try to keep this in mind when we do our future articles.

Hi there! I used to try this combo and I did find it helpful. I’ve also tried just THC and THC combined with melatonin. I was having issues with waking up in the middle of the night around 1-2am and I would be up for 3-4 hours each time with a racing mind. I’ve since started taking prescribed medication because the melatonin just wasn’t working well enough. But I do know their are higher mg’s out there that might help others!
Haley,
Hey there, we are glad to see that you found using THC could help and with higher mg’s as in milligrams, yes we think, higher the mg’s, you can get the therapeutic effects you are looking for. Using high THC like edibles can help. we want to give you A 20% discount.

Hi dear
This is really a great post with a lot of ideas. It attracts me to read it until the end. Some facts are new for me.
I think most people suffer from sleep disorder and here you offer a wonderful solution.
I liked the fact that you made many researches that makes the article a reference for those who suffer from sleep disorders.
All the best
Rania
Rania,
We like to thank you for stopping in and sharing your thoughts with us, lots of people suffer from sleep disorders and sometimes don’t even realize it. We need to address the facts surrounding this topic.
Do you think that this is safe in your opinion after reading this article?
Cheers,
Mathew&Deloris
Hey Matthew & Deloris,
I’m so glad to have found your post as sleep has been an issue for me recently with work stresses a bit higher over last few months. I have been taking a melatonin supplement that works pretty well. And I know that I need to mentally switch off, stay away from blue light (phones and watching YouTube on TV etc), but I often do those things too late!
Now to learn about CBD and how that works as an addition to melatonin supplement is fascinating. When you say there are studies that show that by taking CBD you can increase sleep and get a decrease of anxiety after 5 months. This is really impressive.
What about when someone wakes in the middle of the night, say 2-3AM with too many thoughts on the mind. Can CBD help in that instance? And what would be the closest time to waking when it is advisable to take CBD?
Thank you
John,
Well, we would say that CBD can be a good resource of sleeping aid and can be frustrating to wake up at night in three in the morning, so what I do, is I use, a ratio of CBD and THC together.
This seems to be a good way to get me back to sleep within 15 minutes not instantly but gradually fall asleep without taking any more melatonin and staying asleep longer periods of time.
We do help this helps, if you happen to have any more questions or anyone do not hesitate.

Hi, great article, thanks. I haven’t tried CBD (yet) but I will certainly keep it in the back of my head. Ever since I moved to a warmer country I sleep better than before. Except for lately, being a bit stressed out about the virus measurements. So I take Melatonin since a couple of weeks. That helps a lot. My deep sleep is longer and I sleep more hours (I have an Oura ring that measures my sleep quality).
Take care and stay healthy. 🙂
Hannie,
We are glad that you found our website, and with you taking melatonin and you getting a better night’s rest do you think that you will use CBD in the future if your sleep cycle gets used to the melatonin?
Cheers,
Mathew&Deloris
Hi M&D,
Thank you for this article. Although I’ve heard of CBD and melatonin, I must admit hadn’t put them together before. But it makes so much sense! Especially for specific types of people or circumstances, like shift workers or even PTSD sufferers, as you mentioned.
I especially like your phrase “a bigger boost of daytime”! Very well said.
For those of us undergoing a stressful situation, this information is very helpful.
I can see you’ve done a lot of research into this, and most importantly the quality of products, which I think makes a big difference.
Much appreciated,
Mike
Mike,
We are glad to hear that you think the same way that a big majority of people do about what CBD can do for us and the research is there to show the evidence when others can be so skeptical about CBD.
Lots of research was put into this article and with the help of great resources and scientific studies have been done.
Cheers,
Mathew&Deloris
Thanks for letting us know that we can have melatonin and CBD to get better sleep. But, we must consult with a doctor first before taking both together. It’s not a surprise to see many people suffer from sleep problems.
I used to take melatonin as a short-term solution, and now I try not to take them as much. However, I never try CBD to get better sleep. I would love to try them once I find myself sleepless again. Your article provides excellent value!
Matt
Matt,
Thanks for your comment have a good day.

Mathew&Deloris
I’ve been a believer in melatonin for a long time. I never thought of combining CBD with melatonin (even though Willie Nelson says it’s great). But I’m still on the fence and watching what the reports say about it. Thanks for the info.
Tim,
